Segments that update themselves
Four segments are computed from your data every time you look: new subscribers, fans with no activity for a while, big spenders above a threshold you set, and subscriptions ending soon with auto-renew off. Change the rules and the lists follow.
Every fan on one page
Lifetime spend, spend by type, every purchase and subscription period, and the tracking link they came through. From there you can see what they bought and what they have not seen yet.
Notes and tags
Write down what helps you look after a fan and tag them with your own labels, such as VIP or Buys customs. Filter the fan list by tag.
Notes are encrypted in the database, included when you export your data, deleted with the fan, and never sent to AI.
Reminders before subscriptions end
A reminders list shows subscriptions that end soon without auto-renew, with what each fan is worth, so you can reach out in time. You mark who you contacted; erscope never messages anyone for you.
