These terms apply to erscope.com and its waitlist, run by erscope. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. The erscope product will have its own terms, which you will see before you create an account.

The waitlist

  • You must be 18 or older and give an email address you control.
  • Joining is free and does not guarantee access, a launch date, specific features or prices. We invite people in batches at our discretion.
  • You can leave at any time with the link in any of our emails.

Prices and features

Prices and features on the site describe our current plans. They may change before launch. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and you will not be charged for joining the waitlist.

Closed beta offer

Creators we invite from the waitlist during the closed beta (“beta members”) get the following, in addition to the product’s own terms:

  • Their plan is free for as long as the closed beta runs. No payment card is asked for.
  • When the beta ends, their plan stays free for another 12 months, counted from the end of the beta.
  • We email them at least 14 days before their free time ends. Nothing is charged unless they choose a paid plan.
  • Support during the beta: a 15-minute setup call, a private group with the erscope team, and priority for their feature requests. Priority does not mean a request will be built.

Independence from platforms

erscope is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fansly or their operators. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

Acceptable use

Do not sign up others without their permission, submit false or automated signups, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content and examples

Screens on the site show sample data for illustration. They are not real accounts and not a promise of results. Everything on the site is provided as is, for information.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
