A draft that fits the fan
Pick what the message is for: a welcome, a thank you, winning back a quiet fan, a renewal reminder or a pay-per-view offer. Choose a tone and a language, add a short note if you want, and the AI writes a first version based on what the fan has bought, when they were last active and whether their subscription is ending.
Drafts can be written in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish or Dutch. You can also translate a message you wrote yourself into the fan’s language. The language you last used for a fan is remembered, so your whole team writes to them in it.
A whole list, one fan at a time
The message queue takes a segment, such as subscriptions ending this week or fans who have gone quiet, and puts up to 20 of them in order, highest spenders first. One fan is on screen with their draft. Edit it, then send, copy or skip, and the next fan appears. Keyboard shortcuts keep it quick.
Drafts are written only a couple of fans ahead, so stopping halfway does not waste anything.
- ⌘↵ to send, C to copy, R to draft again, S to skip
- Progress, sent and skipped counts as you go
- Each send is still its own click and confirmation
A person presses send, every time
Messages go out from your own browser through the erscope extension, one at a time, after you click send and confirm it in the extension’s own window. There is no send-all button, no schedule and no automatic replies, and the server has no way to send a message at all. The extension also keeps the pace human: at most six messages a minute.
Until sending from erscope is available for your platform, you copy the text and paste it into the chat yourself.
Your fans’ identity never reaches the AI
The AI only sees purchase facts in words, with the fan written as [FAN]. Names, usernames, platform ids, links and anything you typed about the fan are never sent, and a check refuses any request that would contain them. erscope uses only AI providers with a zero data retention agreement, and AI stays off until the workspace owner turns it on.
Templates without AI
Messages you send often can be saved as templates with the fan’s name filled in for you. Templates work on every plan with fan tools and never go to an AI.
