A risk score you can read
Every fan gets a score from 0 to 100 with its reasons written out: how long they have been quiet, whether their spending stopped or fell, whether their subscription ends soon without auto-renew. Big spenders weigh a little more. Sort or filter the fan list by risk and start with the fans who matter most.
Reminders before subscriptions end
The reminders list shows subscriptions ending soon with auto-renew off. Mark a fan as contacted so your team does not message them twice. The message itself is yours to write, or start from an AI draft or a template.
Cohorts: who stays
Fans are grouped by the month they first subscribed. For months 1, 2, 3 and 6 you see the share still subscribed and the net value per fan, for the last 12 months. It shows whether retention is getting better over time.
Alerts when something changes
erscope checks every hour and tells you when a big spender has been quiet for a week, when a big spender’s subscription ends within 36 hours with auto-renew off, or when yesterday’s revenue was well below normal. Owners and managers can get a daily email without fan names.
